Software projects become more and more intercultural projects - a fact that makes
this business challenging as well as interesting.
People of different cultures
have to communicate in order to succeed and excel in their project. Communication
can be a complicated matter - technical communication ( network programming )
as well as social interaction. Both are equally important.
Some people suggest software engineering is 50 % social work and 50 % programming. We believe this is right and this is exactly what makes it fascinating.
There is no culture clash in a project unless people let it happen.
Good software engineers take advantage from the interaction of people with
different ways of thinking.
Any crisis can be regarded as a chance.
